As a Research Consultant, you play a key role in supporting Partners to deliver high-quality executive search services. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging senior-level talent, building long-term candidate relationships, and contributing to market insights that strengthen business development and search execution.

Job Description

As a Researcher, your main responsibilities will include:Executive Search Support

 

  • Conduct market research and identify suitable C-level candidates.
  • Assist in business pitches, client meetings, and candidate assessments.
  • Create longlists and shortlists based on thorough evaluations.

Candidate Engagement

 

  • Source candidates using internal and external tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future opportunities.
  • Conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintain regular contact with candidates.

Market Intelligence

 

  • Research industry trends, company performance, and competitive landscapes.
  • Track senior talent movements and contribute to benchmarking projects.
  • Share relevant market updates with internal and external stakeholders.

Systems & Processes

 

  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the database.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, timely, and complete.
  • Collaborate across the Page Group to support broader initiatives.



 

The Successful Applicant

A successful researcher should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources, or Social Sciences from reputable university.
  • Excellent verbal and communication in both Bahasa and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • A proactive approach to research and information gathering.
  • A commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.B
  • 1-2 years of professional experience; background in recruitment, HR, or business development is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Curious and proactive, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
