The Successful ApplicantA successful researcher should have:A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources, or Social Sciences from reputable university.Excellent verbal and communication in both Bahasa and English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.A proactive approach to research and information gathering.A commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.B1-2 years of professional experience; background in recruitment, HR, or business development is helpful but not required.Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Curious and proactive, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
