Job Description

  • Advise clients on restructuring strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements related to restructuring processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to negotiate and execute restructuring plans.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations.
  • Analyze financial and legal data to provide sound recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and developments in the professional services industry.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services aligned with the firm's standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong knowledge of restructuring and insolvency laws within the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional legal advice to clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
