  • Responsible for sales performance, leading and growing a team of regional sales managers driving increased sales across global markets
  • Setting and delivering commercial sales strategy to deliver ongoing profitable growth
  • Forecasting sales across multiple locations and business sectors
  • Performance review, market / product gap analysis
  • Sharing global best practice, what is working for other regions?

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven sales experience within the automotive aftermarket sector
  • Experience leading and growing sales teams
  • Ability to design and deliver a successful sales strategy
  • Increase sales across various market sectors
  • A thorough understanding of sales forecasting
  • Educated to degree level and preferably beyond
  • Willingness to travel internationally
