Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives within the Financial Services industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead commercial projects and transformation mindset to leverage commercial activity and leverage partners and client satisfaction.
  • Prospect and establish new Commercial Partners, negotiate contractual terms, and diversify the partnership portfolio.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting its services in Spain.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven expertise (at least 10 years) in sales leadership roles within the b2b Financial Services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication in Spain and internationally.
