Job Description

You will be responsible for the planning and managing of all sales activities in Hong Kong, with a key focus on On-trade/ On-Premise channels. You will:

  • Lead & define the strategies for sales including key accounts and new channels/ businesses - supporting the company's overall business goals
  • Take a critical role in negotiating contracts with key clients
  • Supervise a sizable sales team to ensure top-line and bottom-line targets are achieved through effective sales, promotion, pricing and portfolio strategies are applied to different channels; and working collaboratively with marketing
  • Lead & motivate the sales team to drive for high performance

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should be a strategic-minded assertive sales leader, who embraces challenges and always push for results. You will:

  • Come from a solid FMCG food & beverage sector with track record leading direct sales team and achieving/over-achieving target
  • Be highly energetic and action-oriented, who is analytical and number sensitive
  • Be a strong people leader with sound coaching skills, and the ability to give clear directions and expectations
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
  • Speak fluent English and Cantonese
