Strategic Planning & Execution: o Develop strategies for market entry, expansion, and maintenance within the foodservice channel based on the company's overall strategy.o Analyze foodservice market trends, predict consumer demand shifts, and adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes.o Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, and break them down into executable sales plans to ensure team achievement or surpassing of targets.2. Customer Relationship Management:o Establish and maintain long-term relationships with foodservice clients, deeply understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.o Regularly visit key clients, collect market feedback, and adjust products and services to meet client demands.o Coordinate in resolving client issues, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.3. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:o Track competitor dynamics, analyze competitive landscapes, and formulate effective competitive strategies.o Conduct market research, gather and analyze foodservice industry data to support product development and sales strategies.4. Sales Analysis & Reporting:o Regularly analyze sales channel performance data, including sales volume, market share, customer retention rates, etc., identifying sales opportunities and potential risks.o Prepare sales reports, presenting sales progress, market trends, and strategy effectiveness to senior management, and propose improvement suggestions.5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:o Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, supply chain, and other departments to ensure sales strategy alignment with the company's overall strategy.o Participate in new product promotion plans, customize marketing strategies for the foodservice channel, and drive new product launches.6. Budget Management & Cost Control:o Develop and monitor the sales budget for foodservice channel, including marketing expenses, team operating costs, etc., ensuring efficient resource utilization.o Continuously optimize sales processes, reduce costs, and improve sales efficiency.7. Team Management & Training:o Assemble, train, and motivate the foodservice channel sales team, enhancing their professional capabilities and sales performance.o Monitor team members' work performance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide career development guidance and feedback.o Foster internal team communication and collaboration, nurturing a positive work environment.The Successful Applicant1. 15 years or above working experience with Bachelor's degree (or above) in FMCG with solid working experience (10 years+) in foodservice channel. Foodservice related sales management or KA management is highly preferred.2. Passionate pioneer with strong ownership, can-do and resilient attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to market changes.3. Rich experience in lea*ding sales team to deliver business result; business and customer oriented.4. Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and execution capabilities.5. Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal communication skills to effectively motivate the team.6. Proficient in sales data analysis and familiar with CRM systems and related office software.7.
