About Our Client

Our client id a leading manufacturer of electrical compression connectors.

Job Description

  • Define and implement the company's commercial strategy, in accordance with the company guidelines;
  • Maintain a constant flow of communication with the management team and manage relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • Follow market tren of interest by analyzing the present and future needs of customers;
  • Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distributors;
  • Participate in meetings and negotiations with customers to ensure satisfaction and sales growth;
  • Commercial Team Management: overseeing and managing the internal sales force team and agents;
  • Goal setting, performance monitoring, support and coaching to achieve goals sales targets;
  • Provide guidelines for research and development of the organization, beeing updated about technological evolution of products ;

The Successful Applicant

▪ Master's degree in engineering and/or economic disciplines;

▪ Solid skills and extensive experience gained in industrial companies operating in the electricity sector

as well as knowledge of product and related technologies;

▪ Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an internal sales team, with excellent communication, motivation and people development skills;

▪ Results Orientation: Strong sales orientation and ability to set clear e measurable goal. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets;

▪ Customer orientation with consultancy approach and ability to build relationships of trust

with customers;

▪ Analytical skills

▪ Leadership skills, charisma and authority;

▪ Good knowledge of the English language
