The Americas team, leading the our Client Company growth plans, is searching for a Sales Director, LATAM in to join the team in Santiago. This role will be a key driver in the development and implementation of sales strategies and be responsible for managing a team of salespeople.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Americas, key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a high performing sales team through mentorship, performance planning and ongoing coaching
  • Identify and develop strategically beneficial relationships with key clients, partners and industries
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and achievement of sales plans and budgets
  • Build and grow pipeline to meet quarterly targets
  • Represent the Company at industry events

The Successful Applicant

Have a proven background in SaaS sales and strong leadership experience. Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading high performing sales teams
  • Strong history of B2B sales, driving net new business
  • Experience selling software / SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling in the mining industry, or similar (oil & gas, engineering etc.)
  • Experience leading teams across countries/time zones
  • Strong prospecting and qualification skills
  • Experience with enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with managing sales activity via a CRM platform
  • Open to travel, including to mine sites
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
