Job Description

  • Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities through targeted market analysis and building relationships with potential clients in the segment of welded, cold drawn precision tubes and cylinder tubes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and expand existing customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Actively participate in contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Execute and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of our client's product portfolio to comprehend customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive proven professional experience in cold drawn tube products in Sales and/or Relationship Management within that segment.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cold drawn steel tube products, applications and industry standards within the metal processing industry, ideally in cylinder tubes and/or precision tubes.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Established network in the relevant industry with proven success in building customer relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer needs effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Results-driven: Highly motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead successful contract negotiations and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Teamwork: Collaboration with internal departments, particularly with the sales team and production management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Italian language skills are a plus.
  • International Mindset: Willing and used to work in an international company surrounding with international internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Availability: Able to work flexible hours and travel as required.
