About Our Client
Our client is an international online travel agency who delivery world's leading hotels, activities and travel booking service. They cover more than 70 countries all over the worlds in their market.
Job Description
- Manage sales team in assigned market, continuously coach and improve team productivity
- Manage key accounts, develop and sustain strong partner relationship by ensuring the quality of service as global standard and delivering value added services
- Represent company in the local market, build brand awareness with key local influencers
- Lead the team to meet or exceed target
- Understand the Japanese market to develop suitable sales & marketing strategies
- Review sales plan monthly and make the report to sales director
- Have daily interaction with sales team to drive performance
Responsibility for Tokyo and Sapporo office, maintaining close contact in order to monitor performance
The Successful Applicant
- Good English & Japanese ability
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Strong leadership
- Ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused
