As a key role in the European Team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to entrepreneurially build and develop the relationships of V-ZUG with the premium kitchen partners, architects and other stakeholders in the Netherlands. The position will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term customers relations by understanding their requirements and expanding V-ZUG as a trusted aspirational premium brand.
- Actively shapes/defines the country-specific strategy for the Netherlands
- Positions, strengthens and represents V-ZUG as a premium brand for kitchen/home appliances in the Netherlands: "V-ZUG, Swiss perfection for your home"
- Management of key accounts, maintaining a strong and long-term relationship, maximising sales opportunities
- P&L responsibility for the market Netherlands
- Builds, leads and manages a dedicated local team
- Defines, places and optimises marketing/communication activities based on the annual planning
- Develops and implements sales activities and aligns those with all retailers, local sales and marketing
- Promotes and supports excellent technical customer support and after sales service exceeding expectations
- Develops and manages an efficient and sales-oriented 'Gourmet Academy' organization
- Organises and realises trainings and assistance to support the trade partners
- Ensures market-relevant information (e.g. legal requirements) and communicates it promptly internally
- Cooperates and communicates proactively with HQ / Regional organisation.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record as a Sales and/or Marketing Director - national or regional
- Minimum 7-10 years executive experience
- Entrepreneurial character with strong organizational and communication skills
- Expertise in the kitchen and home appliance industry with a Premium brand is a clear benefit
- Self-motivated and experienced professional with a hands-on personality
- Winning, likeable and customer-oriented personality
- Flexibility for frequent travels in the Netherlands and occasional international travels
- Dutch as mother tongue and good English knowledge.
