- Responsible for retail sales target, P&L target and cost budget.
- Develop national retail business strategy covering current and future business models.
- Determine sales target and resource allocation by channels and regions.
- Manage, monitor and adjust sales volume, product mix, selling price and A&P investment by monitoring costs, competition and demand.
- Lead national retail sales team to execute business strategy plan and expand retail business in local market effectively under a highly matrix organization structure.
- Develop team capability to build a strong and professional sales team.
The Successful Applicant
At least 15 years sales management experience, including 5+ years national sales
leadership role, commercial leadership role with P&L responsibility is a plus
- Proven track records in managing sizable business and team in consumer industry or relevant B2C businesses, experience in business turnaround is a plus
- Good knowledge and experience in retail distribution and channel management
- Proven leadership ability in attracting, engaging, developing & retaining talents and managing change and building stronger team
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinking with good analytical and planning skills
- Strong drive to achieve and hands on
- Bachelor's Degree, and MBA preferred
