Job Description

  • Define the sales strategy and collaborate in the Business plan and annual Budget
  • Develop new business opportunities as well as retain and attract new customers in order to enlarge market share in Spain
  • Lead and develop a solid sales team, provide guidance and monitor to maximise results
  • Create synergies with international teams as well as local internal teams and departments
  • Identification of new accounts, trends and business opportunities
  • Ensure international compliance group rules
  • Report to both GM and international direct report.

The Successful Applicant

  • You will demonstrate a proven successful experience in a similar position within the entertainment business. Demonstrable experience in year on year client growth/acquisition, strong levels of client retention, examples of up selling, margin growth, exceeding targets. Ability to recognise and pursue new business opportunities as well as marketing experience. Excellent English level.
