Their presence in Vietnam for more than 20 years is enhanced by a strong focus in growing hi-tech and manufacturing portfolios hence there is this rising need to appoint a new Sales & Marketing Director based in Vietnam.

- Achieve and exceed 100% of new and renewal gross profit sales budgets by effectively account manage
- Maximise cross and up-sell opportunities with existing clients
- Develop and implement successful strategies to drive business growth and hit P&L targets in multiple products and services
- Work closely with the other corporate functional teams and areas to ensure strong communication and alignment in consistent delivery of quality products and services to clients
- Lead the development of the Sales teams - overall structure, assessment of capabilities (including remedial action where necessary), team building, mentoring, training, appraisal and career management
- Work with the Global/Regional team for Sales and Marketing to drive its business and functional agenda
The Successful Applicant
- Extensive work experience within Indochina countries and ideally work and live in Vietnam
- Proven track record of overachievement of sales targets delivered both individually and demonstrated through a team
- Strategic but with strong operational skills. A "doer" and hands-on leader who likes to "roll the sleeves up" and get things done, as well as drive overall strategy
- Networking skills. Ability to collaborate, co-operate and network effectively within a demanding, culturally diverse, matrix organisation
- Entrepreneurial. Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-changing, complex and unstructured environment
- Successful track record in sales and marketing and management in a business to business, complex solution selling environment in service focused industries. Likely industry sectors will include IT solutions, technology, complex supply chain, and manufacturing
- Experience of working on specific projects of upwards of $1 million
The successful applicant will be a proven Sales/Commercial head candidate who has led or currently leading a rapid profitable growing business. The non-Vietnamese speaking talent needs to have current working exposure in Vietnam market.
