Our client is a mutli-billion organisation who have invested heavily into Contract Logistics.

With over 10,000 employees worldwide, they work on a global scale to deliver top-tier services to their clients.

With a UK footprint of warehouses, this role will be a hybrid position with travel expected to their flagship site in the Midlands.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement new business strategies.
  • Hunter mentality in identifying and winning new business.
  • Work closely with other department heads to ensure the effective operation of the business.
  • Drive growth and profitability within the warehousing business unit.
  • Analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee all aspects of contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Lead should have:

  • A strong background in the Contract Logistics sector, with a strong bias to warehousing solutions.
  • Proven experience of winning and onboarding new business.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of market trends and business strategies.
  • High levels of motivation and a drive for success.
