Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support the Litigation practice group
  • Collaborate with partners and attorneys to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Create and manage client development initiatives and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage RFP responses and pitch development for prospective clients
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral and communication materials
  • Coordinate cross-practice and cross-office business development activities
  • Lead the on-boarding and integration of key laterals and their client base.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client relationships and business growth
  • Role is open to candidates in New York, Philadelphia or Washington, DC



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • At least 8 years of legal business development experience in relevant practice areas
  • Proven experience managing client development initiatives and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in utilizing market research and competitive analysis for strategic decision-making
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous management experience is preferred - role is planned to have direct reports
