Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and P&L for the personal finance product business across all channels.


  • Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to grow market share, increase profitability, and improve customer experience.


  • Drive innovation across product development, customer acquisition, risk-adjusted pricing, and portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand ecosystem and co-branded partnerships, including digital channels.
  • Oversee customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and cross-sell/upsell strategy using data-driven insights.
  • Align risk, operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team across commercial, product, analytics, and customer experience functions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Commercial Leader - Personal Finance Products should have:

  • An advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • A strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly personal finance product
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of risk management
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
