About Our Client

This Established, Real Estate Development Firm are looking for their Senior Development Analyst to assist with a portfolio of multifamily & mixed-use development projects; from inception to completion.

Job Description

  • Assist with the full development process for a portfolio of real estate development projects
  • Overseeing the entitlements process
  • Preparing the project underwriting budgets and schedules
  • Manage the external design team
  • Working closely with the Development, Investments and Asset Management teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance or similar
  • 2-4 years' experience within Real Estate Development and/or Investments
  • Ideally you would have a background managing Multifamily/Mixed-Use Development projects
