Job Description
- Provide expertise in disease biology, general scientific and technical guidance to the program team
- Provide a manager role by overseeing and contributing to discovery and early preclinical development efforts to advance new programs from discovery through IND filings
- Serve as scientific program Leader where necessary, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet the program goals
- Support senior management to define program timelines, and contribute to the overall discovery and pipeline strategy, including identifying targets and designing key POC studies
- Identify, connect with, and help manage partners, CROs, and vendors

The Successful Applicant
- PhD degree in cancer biology, immunology or other related disciple, 8+ years of experience in R&D or equivalent academic or Industry experience.
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in biology and pharmacology to support drug discovery and development.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience of managing business with CROs is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions based on critical data.
- Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
