About Our Client
Our client is an international drug discovery company the specializes in antibody drug conjugates.
Job Description
- Ensure timely and consistent onboarding of new hires
- Implement process improvement plans
- Act as point person for employee relations and support employees and managers in resolving conflicts/issues
- Ensure our compensation and benefits plans are competitive and cost-effective for the company
- Make recommendation for changes as needed to Global Head of HR
- Lead the implementation of all human resources policies, objectives
The Successful Applicant
- Must have experience in Pharma
- Minimum 5 years- experience in international pharmaceutical organization
- 10 - 15 years of HR experience
- Experience in a fast-growing environment and in a launch and post-launch pharmaceutical environment strongly preferred
- Strong facilitation & influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
