Essential that the candidate has experience advising on wage compensation matters for a large, matrix organization with diverse HQ and field staff across multiple sites.Job DescriptionAs Senior Employment Counsel you will work closely with the US Board, HR and legal departments, responsibilities include:HR/ Employment law background skilled in providing labor relations, HR compliance, and employee relations counsel to sites across the USProviding workers compensation and pay compliance legal advice and counsel to senior stakeholders, legal and departments as well as the wider US business, ensuring regulatory compliance, policies, best practice and providing specialist employment compensation counsel.Confidently provide employment compensation legal advice to varied US stakeholders, providing opinion and guidance on changes to Federal, State and local wage and hour changes, regulatory and policy matters.
