Job Description
You will oversee all areas of the HR function, including business partnering, talent acquisition, talent development, learning & engagement, compensation and reward. Being responsible for around 400 employees in 7 markets in Asia, leading a direct report, in essence they need a hybrid mix of hands on responsibilities and strategic capability from you. You will support both corporate office staff and front line retail - so experience from your career working with these employee groups will be crucial for success in this role.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as a HRBP, generalist, with 5 years in a HR leadership role.
- Experience working in a fast paced business environment, with a diverse population of employees in different Asia countries.
- English writing ability, fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin an advantage.
- Luxury retail, cosmetics, consumer goods, fashion or watches industry background preferred.
