Job Description

Drive Program Outcomes

  • Lead the delivery of our leadership, talent and culture programs in line with the organisations processes and expected timeframes to ensure we deliver outstanding outcomes and exceed client expectations
  • Lead the design and development of leadership, talent, DEI and culture programs (removed with CEO)
  • Ensure content is refreshed and updated in line with best practice and evidence-based research and is aligned to our strategy
  • Coach and mentor Program team members on all allocated projects
  • Ensure programs are templated and regularly refreshed in line with best practice
  • Ensure direct inquiries from Client Sponsors and Leads are responded to within 24 hours

Design World Class Programs

  • Design and develop engaging programs and courses including online and face to face learning materials, participant resources and facilitator guides
  • Design new content for Programs in area of Subject Matter Expertise e.g. Behavioural Science, Psychology, Organisational Development, Leadership, Coaching
  • Review and refresh existing programs with current research where necessary
  • Provide thought leadership internally and externally such as writing articles, creating videos, speaking at conferences etc

Manage Client Relationships

  • Own the relationship with large, complex corporate clients and provide strategic advice on their leadership, DEI, organisational development, talent and culture initiatives
  • Ensure clients receive outstanding customer service and support in line with our Client Management Score Card
  • Lead the development and delivery of proposals and pitches to existing clients
  • Extend network and reach within allocated clients
  • Ensure all client data is accurately captured and input in a timely manner

Business Development

  • In partnership with the Client Solutions Team, solutioning for new programs with new clients enquires
  • Develop new programs with existing client
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives internally and externally such as writing articles, creating videos, speaking at conferences etc

The Successful Applicant


  • Essential: 5+ years experience in development and delivery of leadership, DEI, talent and culture programs in a corporate environment
  • Preferred: Experience in consultancy,
  • Preferred: Coaching and/or psychology qualification,
  • Preferred: Experience in People Leadership and Client Mgmt
