Senior Manager Finance

As Senior Manager Finance, you will be responsible for managing an Operations team of 6 staff, responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Mazda Australia. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy, ensuring sound decision-making, and optimizing business performance.

In this role, you will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while identifying risks and opportunities to drive profitability. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing financial insights that support business growth and strategic initiatives.

Beyond financial management, you will champion continuous improvement in financial processes, drive cost optimisation, and ensure unwavering compliance with Australian accounting regulations and corporate governance policies.
