Job Description

Reporting into the APAC Head of Talent Development, this individual will lead a team and helm Southeast Asia remit, responsible for providing training of both a technical and soft skill nature to the business across markets. Your main focus will be on delivering Management and Leadership training working in the close collaboration with the Managing Directors population in your region. You will be responsible for organizing and managing the requirements across the region and will also be responsible for the career development of your team. You will work with the business to deliver to their immediate needs whilst planning and anticipating future needs working with the broader HR team. You will be responsible and accountable for maintaining consistency of service, delivery of workshops and processes to the broader business and team. Additionally, this individual will also drive and lead APAC wide projects as well as global initiatives across our multiple locations.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have about 7 years of solid experiences in the talent development space and well versed with leadership and management competency topics, commercial to interact and spar with the leaders as a business partner, and comfortable with an international and multi-cultural environment.
