Job Description

  • Create the Greater China brand strategy and re-define our position and our product in market relative to competitors, and articulate our values through unified messaging across all channels
  • Align the China marketing team with the vision and goals of both business lines, developing and implementing a holistic marketing strategy that supports its goals, and adapting in real-time to changing realities
  • Empower and enable the sales and account management team with relevant content and collaterals to increase sales productivity
  • Together with the sales and wider marketing team, define the China marketing strategy for lead generation and nurturing that will meet measurable targets
  • Expand our current marketing strategy in China by finding new, original and exciting ways to connect with the community and industry
  • Bring creativity to everything we do, working with the team to come up with new and exciting ways to connect with our customers and target market
  • Become a thought driver and represent our brand on stage and in partner / customer engagements in public forums
  • It's all hands-on deck - you need to be executional as well as strategic, getting involved in running online and offline campaigns alongside your team

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years B2B marketing senior experience, within ecommerce a major plus
  • Natural sponsor who manages people well, giving them space to take ownership and bring their unique insights and value
  • Relationship builder who intuitively knows how to gain trust of business owners, colleagues and customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent analytical skills always measuring ROI of campaigns, optimizing and learning from mistakes.
  • Strong presentation skills - enjoy presenting in front of peers, clients and at events
  • Experienced in differentiating B2B brands from competitors in a creative way
  • Experienced in talking to print, online and broadcast media, managing PR agencies and gaining trust and credibility through targeted PR
  • Ability to work with large teams disbursed geographically
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing, social media, content marketing and PR
  • Ability to juggle multiple objectives, projects and tasks, while sticking to tight deadlines
  • Open to new ideas and methods of working, and great at getting feedback and responding to it
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Jira a plus
  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate the global offices
