About Our Client

Our client is an important company in the industrial sector currently looking for a Senior Process Engineer located in Castilla León.

Job Description

  1. Strive for 0 accident
  2. Lead and coach the Engineer team to deliver the KPIs.
  3. Manage the technical means and the resources to deliver KPIs.
  4. Coach Engineer team in new mindset and the resources to deliver KPIs.
  5. Identify opportunities and create solutions for elimination of losses/waste.
  6. Lead SMED workshops
  7. Drive overall operational and performance reduction losses in OEE by ensuring capture and analysis or process and quality data to identify opportunities and create solutions.
  8. Lead Root Cause Analysis on OEE losses (i.e., operational and performace losses)
  9. Exchange good practices with the Process Engineer of the other AMUs
  10. Promote shop floor transformation and coach AMU teams in new mindset and behaviours
  11. Actively participate in the development of the Capex projects, providing process input to the Engineering/Projects Team.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Technical Bachelor
  2. 7-8 years in a manufacturing environment
  3. Specific job skills:
    1. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude
    2. Advanced computer skills
    3. Knowledge of tools and techniques related to resolving process and quality issues.
    4. Understand how to drive performance improvement across working groups to achieve high performance.
    5. Knowledge of lean principles (i.e., waste identification, OEE and limit analysis, SMED)
