They have around 25 employees and have hit a critical mass where they need to hire their first, in-house, HR professional. Job Description
Reporting directly into the CEO and also into the Engineering and Operations Director, the role will be the first HR hire within the organization. Due to continued growth and business success, the need for a Senior Recruiter/ HR Generalist has arisen. The role is split approximately 75% Talent Aquisition: 25% Generalist HR Responsibilities. Main duties include the following:
- Overall HR responsibilities for growth stage company (currently around 25 employees and growing)
- All recruitment activities (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and on boarding etc.)
- Manage online recruitment channels (relationships with recruiters, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)
- Benefits administration including selection, bench marking, on-boarding/off-boarding
- Performance review and development plan process oversight
- Compensation benchmarking and strategy
- Supporting ongoing operational HR day to day issues
After an initial period (1 to 2 months) of being 100% in the office, the role can become HYBRID between work from home and in-office work (1 to 2 days a week from home).

The Successful Applicant
In return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of Recruitment/ Talent Aquisition experience
- Ideally, some HR Generist experience also
- Ability to work from the office in Wellesley, MA (3 to 4 days a week)

- Base salary of $ 120,000 to $ 130,000
- Performance related bonus scheme (10%)
