Senior Relationship Manager - Energy

Job Purpose:

Assist with building and managing relationships with energy and natural resource clients based in Italy.

Assist with the management of all aspects of the client portfolio including credit risk management, KYC/reputational risk, client planning, and product and service origination.

Work with product partners to identify, originate, and execute new products and services with particular focus on trade finance, project finance, working capital solutions, cash management, and risk management solutions.

Help establishing client and sector appetite in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Coordinate and resolve conflicts and/or customer support issue as they arise.

Prepare introductory memo to internal committees

Understand and analyse client's business model, underlying transactions and the ensuing credit, compliance and operational risks for the Bank

Analyse audited and / or management financial statements including consolidated and individual aspect of borrowers, guarantors and counterparts with higher concentration risk

Coordinate the receipt of required legal documentation as guarantees, insurance covers, covenants, etc.

Maintain the highest possible risk mitigating standards by following the operational procedures developed by the Branch
