About Our Client
Our client is an exponential global reference in the Data Management field, amongst other products and services. It is currently expanding it operations in Brazil and looking for a new leader for the business.
We are looking for a seasoned Technology Sales leader, preferably within the Data Management industry, to be in charge of the Sales team in Brazil, also serving as local POC to international leadership.
Amongst his/her responsibilities, there will be:
- Managing the full sales cycle with the sales teams;
- Directly selling solution value and ROI into C-Level stakeholders and/or IT leaders;
- Nourishing relationships and reinforcing strong network within industries such as: retail/e-commerce, consumer goods, manufacturing, financial services.
- Aligning seamlessly Company's solutions with the customers' strategic objectives;
- Managing and driving multiple concurrent sales cycles effectively;
- Managing the BR office, and its sales team directly - as well as support functions indirectly, contributing essentially to local strategies.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have:
- Several years overall technology sales experience, including significant time as an outside representative;
- Significant experience selling enterprise software to C-Level business decision makers at large enterprise corporations;
- Demonstrated ability to close large deals;
- Consistent over-quota performance and top tier company ranking;
- Proven history of being a top performer in a company for multiple years;
- Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics;
- Leadership skills and experience n a matrix reporting global environment;
- High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior;
- Strong C-level/board level communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to change objectives quickly when necessary in ever-evolving, fast paced industry and organization.
