Our client is a global multinational company, one of the leaders in their sector, willing to expand their operation in the region.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the headquarter in Europe, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop the service management team in the region.
  • Motivate your teams to further engagement to provide world class service for the customers, focusing both on customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction
  • Drive implementation of the global strategy and align systems and structure to the global standards.
  • Build strong partnership with existing customers as well as initiate the deployment of new strategic customer programs.
  • Continuously improve business processes.
  • Construct a partnership with sales and finance teams in the region.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have an engineer or economics degree, with a very robust experience with customer service in a B2B environment and in a regional context. Knowledge on food and beverage markets are mandatory for this position. You have strong business acumen and a successful track record managing leaders who are based remotely. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strategic mind-set as well as a can-do attitude completes the required profile. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
