Job Description

The CRE Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

  • Client relationship management activities, which include deal origination and execution
  • Generation of ideas and cross-selling opportunities
  • Attending client meetings, investor days, and bank meetings
  • Drafting credit memos and underwriting new transactions

The Successful Applicant

The CRE Relationship Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 7+ years of CRE Relationship Management/Originations experience
  • Good technology skills
  • Underwriting and deal execution experience
  • Experience with CRA-eligible deals is nice to have

What's on Offer

$175,000 base salary.
