Job Description

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Administration of the company share program
  • End to end management of share offerings and buybacks
  • Leadership of the Treasury share support team during offerings and buybacks
  • Manage share records and transaction reporting to a high level of accuracy
  • Produce share statements and share related communications to shareholders
  • Advise senior management on matters related to the share program
  • Produce management information related to the performance and holdings of the share program
  • Modelling the impact of the share program on Group financials
  • Maintain external relationships with share registrars and banks involved in running the share program
  • Support Group Tax and Group Finance in the audit and year end reporting of the share program
  • Resolving shareholder enquiries in a timely manner



The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and Skills for the Share Scheme Manager

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in administering company private equity share schemes
  • ACT/AMCT and/or CIMA/ACCA/ACA or similar qualified preferred
  • Financial or highly numerate degree desirable
  • Expertise in Excel and VBA coding essential
  • Significant experience demonstrating technical, and analytical capabilities; proven problem solver with an outcomes/delivery mindset
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills to quickly build strong relationships at all levels and across the organisation
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast past and dynamic environment
  • Ability to mitigate ambiguity and ever-changing priorities whilst maintaining focus and adding value
