Job Description

The Site Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering the engineering strategy, devising and implementing the annual engineering improvement plan in line with company objectives and budget. You will be a key member of the site leadership team and contribute towards the delivering of success on site. You will ensure that all safety systems are used for the well-being of employees ensuring your team are trained and motivated to succeed in their roles. You will improve plant reliability through your reports and work with other functions to implement best practise.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Engineering leadership within a fast paced manufacturing, ideally FMCG environment. You will have led a large team of engineers, engineering strategy and best practise. You will be a change manager capable of improving approach and technical reliability. You will have a successful track record of creating high-performing teams.
