Job Description
As the Sr. Director of Operations you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee all operations and supply chain for the brand including the distribution and planning teams
- Set goals and KPIs for the teams to ensure efficiency
- Recommend solutions for continuous improvement across all departments within supply chain and operations
- Work to improve employee retention and customer satisfaction while ensuring company wide standards and compliance are met
- Oversee budget reviews and financial plans
- Utilize historical data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
The Successful Applicant
- BA preferred
- 10+ years of supply chain and operations experience within the footwear/apparel industry highly preferred
- 6+ years in a leadership/management capacity
- Experience building and managing a high performing team
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain management and operations
What's on Offer
Compensation - $170-185k base depending on experience + discretionary bonus eligibility
