Job Description

  • Grows sales revenue while increasing profitability.
  • Monitors sales performance and financial results, across all levers in the P&L for the client
  • Leads the digital transformation in both the sales and customer delivery organization, becoming the digital trusted advisor to our customers.
  • Understands and drives optimization of applications and offerings within the client in line with the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) required in the agreement.
  • Ensures weekly and monthly profitability of the client vertical through the optimization of our cost of applications.
  • Captures customer share from the competition by successfully positioning current offerings and driving sales growth.
  • Identifies and executes key strategies and captures the financial cost & benefits of each strategy.

  • Demonstrates strong key account management skills; takes steps to build this capability within the sales teams.
  • Builds high performing sales and customer delivery teams with top performing talent.
  • Deep financial acumen including defining clear financial performance goals for sales and profitability and meeting high levels of growth performance for a business.
