Job Description
- support on HRIS systems
- assess and provide solutions for employee relations queries
- help to communicate HR policies across the business
- maintain compliance procedures in line with local labor laws
- help implement new HR initiatives
- participate in projects at the local, regional and global level
- work within a team
- act as a point of contact for employees in Japan
- support on training and employee development
- help with onboarding and offboarding
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree
- several years of HR generalist or specialist experience
- excellent organizational skills
- interpersonal skills
- general knowledge of Japanese labor laws and best practices
- results driven
- fluency in Japanese with business-level English
- problem solving capability
- team-player
