As the Senior Site Director, you will become a key member of Envalior's Global Leadership Team, directly influencing the company's strategic direction and operational e'ectiveness. Site Director Antwerp: Oversee and manage both the Lillo site (production of Caprolactam, including all precursors, PA6, and utilities) and the Kallo site (glass fibers production). Fully accountable and responsible for all site operations, including safety performance and asset operations. Legally responsible for financial reporting for Envalior nv.Integral part of the Global Leadership Team of the Intermediates Business, reporting to the EVP Intermediates and functionally to the EVP Manufacturing and SHE Excellence.2. Antwerp Transformation ProgramResponsible for driving change in Antwerp on topics such as:SHE (process and people safety, environmental impact) to achieve world-class SHE performance.Reliability of assets. (OEE) Cost productivity.Organizational e'iciency - driving organizational change as part of the transformation process.3. Networks and Committees: President of the Safety Committee and Works Council, actively participating in negotiations with unions (CLA and other dossiers).
