Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to maximise store profitability and visual appeal.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations within the store.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management to align store objectives with company goals.
