  • Collaborate with the group's corporate venture and innovation teams on emerging technology opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • Strong exposure to industrial/manufacturing-driven sectors; experience with chemicals, advanced materials, or energy is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem structuring, analytical modeling, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to operate as an "in-house consultant," bringing structured methodologies and strategic rigor into the organization.

  • A balanced profile capable of both long-term strategic design and hands-on business development execution.

What's on Offer

  • A rare opportunity to lead the strategy engine of a large industrial group and influence portfolio-level decisions at the highest level.
  • Broad exposure across multiple businesses, industries, and investment themes.
  • Direct access to senior leadership and strong visibility in decision-making forums.
