Job Description

-Managing the day to day strategic sales operations focused on driving the revenue performance from existing and new business, whilst ensuring the delivery of first class customer service.

-Accountability for P&L and reporting to Market Leaders.

-Providing inspirational leadership to the sales team, ensuring they are focused on delivering sustainable profitable growth in the Tier1 target markets.

-Overseeing the ongoing development and implementation of sales and account development strategies.

-Evaluating market trends and implementing strategies that will enable the business to further develop their service proposition and commercial opportunities.-Innovate and design new business ideas, supported with business cases to ensure consistent company revenue
growth.

The Successful Applicant

-Prospective candidates will be of graduate calibre with a demonstrable track record of success operating in significant sales leadership roles gained in the B2B service sector within strategic accounts.

-Ability to negotiate business agreements and enhance existing and new relationships.

-Fluency in English.

-Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting / problem solving skills.

-Strong presentations and communication skills required.

-Experience working in a global organisation preferred.
