The firm values excellence, inclusion, and innovation in every aspect of its practice.Job DescriptionAs the Structured Finance Of Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex, high-value transactions across a range of asset classes. Your responsibilities will include:Leading and managing structured finance deals, including CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and other securitization transactionsDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents such as offering memoranda, indentures, purchase agreements, and servicing agreementsProviding strategic legal counsel on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and market trends impacting structured finance and capital marketsCollaborating with attorneys across practice groups and jurisdictions to deliver seamless, cross-border legal solutionsServing as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining and deepening relationships with financial institutions, asset managers, and corporate issuersMentoring and supervising junior associates, contributing to their development and the overall strength of the teamParticipating in business development initiatives and thought leadership to enhance the firm's profile in the structured finance spacePage Executive does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
