About Our Client

Our Client is one of the most reputable retailers with heritage for which we are looking for a Supply Chain and Customer Service Senior Manager.

Job Description

This Senior Manager will be responsible for securing end-to-end product flow from sites to end customer, and will ensure on time and in full delivery to all sales channels. He/she will play a key role, in managing the third party service providers as well as internal stakeholders with a customer-centric and service oriented approach. Also, this senior manager will ensure right level of KPI management and relevant reporting and transparency of stock that will move in omni-channel environment , both for brick and mortar and on-line businesses.

Specifically this role is responsible from ;

  • Drive best operational practices, by continuously seeking for improvement and driving change according to business needs to ensure that strategic targets of the organization are met
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and maintenance of budget, supported by strong KPI's, SLA's and figures
  • Ensure optimal stock and capacity management at 3PL's warehouse
  • Secure flawless distribution and logistics operations (warehousing, distribution to stores, reverse logistics and value - added services)
  • Lead all the periodical counts and scrapping processes compliant with current regulations
  • Provide premium CS services to internal and external stakeholders by effective reporting and orderbook management
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies with actively driving and leading project management, process changes and internal control measures
  • Demonstrate excellent people management skills and contribute genuinely to their development

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: University or above degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in operations, logistics, customer service, foreign trade or relevant role in a multinational environment ; having a project management track is a plus
  • Required Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) ,



Experienced in SAP & Oracle or similar ERP systems

Consumer-centric and service oriented with ability to drive change

Comprehensive analysis knowledge of systems and/or processes

Excellent communication skills

Excellent people management skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Team player, passionate

Ability to work independently and to manage stress

  • Other Qualifications: No obstacle to travel, have a driving license. Expectation to have frequent site visits to warehouses and relevant external locations as well as HQ office.
