About Our Client
Our client is conglomerate with multiple business lines. As one of the most established leading players in its respective industry, they have the goal to set the industry standard in terms of advancing its ESG agenda and so they are looking for an experienced lead with dedicated focus on facilities management/design.
Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, you will be acting as a seasoned second person-in-charge to drive the company's ESG agenda.
You will be developing policies, strategies and priorities by interacting with different key stakeholders in the organisation while you will also be responsible for related sustainability reporting, communication and initiatives while you also need to ensure that the facilities and building are properly managed and designed to meet the "green" standard to fulfil both ESG requirement and future ESG strategies.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should be an experienced ESG practitioner with strong facilities/building design and management background with proven track record in helping companies of similar industries on "green transformation. Candidates with related domain knowledge from vendors/consultancy in field of architecture/engineering consultancy/construction will also be considered.Prior experience in deriving sustainability agenda and running improvement programs in diverse operations will be important so you know how to influence your stakeholders in a complex matrix environment.
