This role will oversee financial strategy, planning, controls, and performance management across a complex, multi entity environment.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the local leadership, with a dotted line into the functional accounting leadership overseas, this role's main duties and responsibilities include the following:Serve as a strategic finance partner to the executive team, supporting long term planning and value creationLead all aspects of financial management including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planningOversee accounting, controllership, and internal controls across multiple legal entitiesDrive timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingLead annual budgeting and reforecasting processes, partnering with operations, development, and leasing teamsProvide financial insight and analysis to support leasing decisions, capital investments, and development initiativesOversee treasury, liquidity management, and cash forecasting activitiesAct as senior point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, lenders, and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting requirementsBuild, lead, and develop a high performing finance and accounting teamContinuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.This role will be predominnantly onsite initially but once established, more flexibility can be offered.This opportunity is retained and exclusive to Page Executive Boston.
