Job Description
- Design the promotion mechanism & integrated marketing campaign, such as cash back, free shipping, event based promotion campaign etc.
- Identify gaps from buyers and merchant experience when they interact on the platform and develop innovative solutions/promotional programs to address these pain points
- Plan and lead high-impact cross-functional Go-to-market promotional programs across different stakeholders and country teams to reach goals of improving key business goals: basket size, purchase frequency, others.
- Drive onsite growth funnel from buyer acquisition, retention and conversion through systematic site analytics and extensive A/B testing, working closely with product/tech/design and data teams
- Facilitate adoption by merchants of these key promotional programs to grow their business on this platform, helping them to also understand their performance shifts
- Design regional growth financial models, scale and automate growth processes to make it leaner, more efficient and on a start-up mode
- Establishing operational excellence through working closely with country teams to implement regional standard operating procedures
- Setting measurable goals across the Promotional program function that are linked to the company's strategic objectives
- Manage and analyze marketing data and merchant and buyer feedback (performance results, conversion rates, traffic, sales etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications & Skillsets:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Business Analytics/Economics or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years' of working experience in a quantitative-driven business field such as User Lifecycle Management, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Strategy & Planning and preferably in a regional position
- Data-driven, proficient at insight analysis to catch business opportunities and execute operational strategy in a short time-span.
- Experience in designing a regional product operation framework and business modelling to systematically drive growth.
- Commercial and marketing sense, good at competition analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Independent and self-driven, record of execution to the last mile
- Knowledge of SQL is highly preferred, Python and other computer languages are a plus
