SVP, Senior Counsel - Registered Funds

• Provide legal counsel on matters related to registered funds, ensuring compliance with the 33 Act and 40 Act.
• Draft and review legal documents, including fund registration statements and prospectuses.
• Advise on regulatory filings and corporate governance matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and interpret changes in securities laws and regulations impacting registered funds.
• Support fund-related transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and regulatory agencies as needed.
