About Our Client
Our client is a truly international professional services company entering Polish market. You will have tremendous autonomy & ownership in driving outcomes. This position requires excellent hands on experience, analytical thinking and ability to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders. This is a 100% remote opportunity for Poland based candidate.
Job Description
In this position you will:
- Build & train a team of IT recruitment specialists across Europe, with a focus on Eastern Europe (team of up to 30 recruitment professionals)
- Lead change and process improvement initiatives that contribute to the improvement of talent acquisition results
- Coordination of clients mandates for the European region to review incoming stream of vacancies & provide market insights on talent availability for such demand
- Design & execute on talent acquisition strategies to ensure on time delivery of candidates for open vacancies in the European region through direct sourcing & cooperation with external partners such as recruitment agencies
- Drive research & insights on benchmarking skills, compensation and target companies
- Cooperate with TA teams in other regions
The Successful Applicant
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 10 years of experience on managerial functions related to recruitment in a fast-paced international environment
- Experience in managing recruitment in an insourced and outsourced model
- Successful track record in building and managing a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent influencing skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Educated to university degree level
