Job Description
As Teamlead of Mobile Development iOS (m/f) you will be responsible for the development of mobile apps for iOS.
You will be part of the mobile app team and together with the Teamlead for Android you will bring your own ideas in, to achieve the next step in e-mail development. With your technical expertise you'll be managing individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
You will lead and manage your team and drive their agile working methods.
Providing input and personal initiative in your own department and also to the Head of Mobile.
You will be working side by side with teams from Mail Web -Fronted and Mail -Backend.
The Successful Applicant
You have a profound technical know-how in your field and high motivation to thrive change and being up to date with the newest trends on the application market.
You have experience on building and leading mobile technology teams to create iOS applications.
You are open to change and are driven to make visions happen.
You have the ability to lead with clear visions and motivate your team to follow you and to deliver the desired results with a high degree of motivation.
You have a solution oriented approach that considers the broader perspective of the problem as compared to simply solving the problem and you can transmit that on your employees.
You also have the following experience:
- understanding in the development of applications for iOS
- know-how in all relevant programing languages Swift or Objective C
- agile mindset and problem solving oriented
- German not required but a benefit
