Job Description

  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with client groups
  • Design and deliver customised full cycle staffing plans
  • Interact with candidates through creative sourcing techniques, and coordinate with Facebook sourcers as needed
  • Grow and improve together with the recruitment team for improvement in recruiting operations and results
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
  • Build meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, Compensation, and HR teams)
  • Craft data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years of full cycle 360 recruiting experience
  • Relevant recruiting experience in software engineering/software product (Product Managers, Product Designers, Data Scientists, UX Researches, Content Designer) talent across APAC or EMEA
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to manage a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in developing complex compensation packages and general HR hiring requirements
  • High energy self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving and data analytics skills
